Nintendo revealed a new Goldeneye 007 game at today's E3 Press Conference, launching exclusively for Wii this 2010 holiday season.

GoldenEye 007 James Bond Wii

The initial trailer started off with a focus group asking gamers their thoughts on the ultimate multiplayer game. With the group all answering Goldeneye, the new game was then revealed to shocked faces of gamers.

The trailer revealed classic James Bond action, including the N64 game's introductory damn base-jumping level, The Facility and tank chase through St. Petersburg.

The game will feature 8 classic bond characters, including Jaws and Oddjob, in addition, 16 game modes including paintball and melee and traditional modes like team deathmatch.

Online multiplayer was also confirmed for the title, promising as Reggie put it "many late nights" for gamers once again. No word on whether the title will use Friend Codes or another online system for implementation.

One of the most noticeable changes from the original GoldenEye 007 is the use of Daniel Craig as James Bond, rather than Peirce Bronson. Could a new GoldenEye remake be in store for the James Bond movie franchise as well?

The game has been confirmed for a holiday 2010 launch. A GoldenEye 007 website ( was shown, however it appears down at the time of this posting.
