Normally I don't post something about three lines long. That's why I'm explaining this, because I need you to forgive the excuse needed to post an image we've only heard the description of.
It seems Nintendo made the new Zelda Wii artwork, which Miyamoto showed off secretly at E3, available for the public. After all, there can't be anything much to it, can there?
Oh! Now what is THAT? The Zelda fans at World Zelda Music Radio broke the image down thematically, to find the person in the foreground of the art to be a possible embodiment of Link's Master Sword. Also note that Link isn't holding his Master Sword in the artwork like usual.
Considering the new game is confirmed to use MotionPlus, emphasizing Link's swords and other weapons could help tie the plot to the new game mechanics. This is a tactic that is fairly common in games.
Could this mean that the new game delves into the history of the sword itself? Eh, probably not. But it is certainly fun to speculate. What would you like the new game to be? |
