Everlast Creates Wii Boxing Gloves

Wii boxing just got a bit more interesting.

Everlast, the 99-year-old company synonymous with boxing equipment has created Wii boxing gloves.  Complete with straps to hold the Wii remote securely in place, the 3.8-ounce synthetic-leather training gloves will retail for $30.

Nintendo recently announced the next addition to the classic Punch-Out!! series is headed to Wii in 2009.  Check out the trailer below and invision yourself with these gloves on.

So in addition to Wii Boxing, Everlast's gloves should get quite a work out as you pummel your way to victory in the months to come.
