Club Nintendo Coming to North America

I hope Nintendo's deluge of announcements hasn't left you over-gasped, 'cause the good newskeeps a-comin'. While speaking to North American press today in San Francisco, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime revealed that Club Nintendo will soon be available to North American Nintendo enthusiasts. Club Nintendo is a loyalty program in which members earn Star Points primarily through purchasing and registering first-party hardware and software. Star Points can be exchanged for a variety of awards, including digital content such as wallpapers, ringtones, and music as well as physical prizes such as keyrings, t-shirts, and even games.
