Wii's Rock Band 2 Will Be Online

Still smarting from the severely gimped version of Rock Band you got suckered into buying for the Wii? Well do not shut Harmonix entirely out of your heart, for they have come to make amends, and come bearing downloadable content as an apology. According to 1UP (via Kotaku), the Wii version of Rock Band 2 will not only feature DLC, but will also feature online multiplayer modes. No word on how either of these features will work, but a confirmation is always a positive step forward, right? Some questions remain unanswered, such as whether or not the Wii owners will get access to the library of DLC that has built up from Rock Band (despite a track pack that was released), or where the DLC will be stored. (Hint: Not a Hard drive) Rock Band 2 will release November 18th.
