Three WiiWare Titles Revealed for Japan

By Shawn White / Tuesday, 11 March 2008
Publisher Hudson Soft announced today the development of Tetris Online for WiiWare. Namco Bandai also announced two WiiWare games of its own: Mojipittan and Wii Bubble Wrap.

Beyond the classic Tetris gameplay, players of Tetris Online will use the Wii Remote to "shake", "point" and "use items". The game will support Mii usage and online play over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, along with unrevealed additional content.

Mojipittan is another entry in the popular series of world puzzle games. The game will feature over 130,000 words and 200 stages of varying difficulty. The game is expected to become available in Japan on March 25 for a price of 1000 Wii Points.

Wii Bubble Wrap will involve a collection of microgames built around the motif of popping bubble wrap using the Wii Remote. This title is planned for a Spring 2008 release at a price of 800 Wii Points.
