Wii Breathes Life into Forgotten Xbox Game

Remember how fun it was to sit down with the Xbox, and play The Kore Gang? If you answered yes, then you are either a developer, or a liar. The aforementioned game happened to be one that was shelved by Microsoft, and never made it to release, but it now seeks to be reborn by Zoink Games and SnapDragon Games. Originally Swedish developer Unique Development Studios was creating it, but the torch has now been passed to fellow Swedes at Zoink.

Among other additions and repairs, the name will be changed to KORE. Zoink has said that they have put a lot of work into improving the story and design, to make it a more successful hit with gamers. The story is of a mechanical suit, stuffed with three characters, defending the insides of the Earth from evil-doers in a platorming adventure.

No word on a release date yet, but Zoink seems to be putting in a lot of man-hours in an attempt to create a fresh new platforming adventure.
