Guilty Gear XX Accent Core in Europe in Feburary

By Eric Wright / Thursday, 18 October 2007
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core will be released in Europe during February 2008, according to a press release from publisher 505 Games.

Accent Core is the third installment of the Guilty Gear XX series of fighting games that debuted in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 and arcades.

Two characters, A.B.A and Order Sol, have been added to the roster of over 20 fighters. Accent Core will mark the first time that either A.B.A. or Order Sol have been playable outside of Japan.

Accent Core is played using both the Wii Remote and the Nunchuk. Players will move their characters using the Nunchuk, while both simple and special attacks have been mapped to buttons on the Wii Remote. Some special attacks will be performed using a combination of button input and a gesture with the Nunchuk or Wii Remote.

Arc System Works released Guilty Gear XX Accent Core in the United States on October 16, 2007. The Wiire will have more on this game, so stay tuned!
